The aim of PheNeSens project is to develop a digital measurement method for the quantification and phenotypic characterization of plant-parasitic nematodes. The approach consists of an automatic image acquisition platform with computer-aided image analysis, which will be able to recognize typical developmental stages of nematodes, to quantify them and to characterize them with regard to phenotyping features.

- NeuronSeg: Neuron Analysis in Calcium Images
Calcium imaging is a dominant technique in modern neuroscience for measuring neuron populations. This project aims to automate the process of segmentating neurons and extracting signals in calcium imaging. At the same time, the project is also oriented to real-time applications, making interactive experiments possible in the biological laboratories.
